 It
all started a very long time ago with our slap happy Grand Pappy.
He wasn't actually so happy, but hey, nobody was back then. But the
idea of peddling one's ass around town and seeing the sites was a
big hit... and Rad Village Bike Tours took off. Our dad,
well, he had other things on his mind and didn't care much for the
business of bike tours... 'til one day when he dropped a hit of some
not so legal substance while accompanying his Pappy on a tour and
we guess that did it for him. (He's still laughing!) So Rad Commune
Bike Tours was born and that took off too, with a lot of happy tourists
grooving to the sound of their own pedals and enjoying the sights
naturally.Now it took
us quite awhile to get the business out of dad's hands. Trying to
convince an old hippie that he just isn't so hip anymore was not easy.
But he finally gave in and Rad City Bike Tours is here. And we're
having a blast! We have a great team and have much more cool and comfortable
bikes than Grand Pappy and Pappy had. And it's still all about fun! |
